I never leave reviews, but after my experience with Wright Wash Mobile today I felt inclined to. I contacted Kareem about the $250 Gold package detail for my SUV. In the end I was left with my 3rd row completely untouched, not vacuumed, no seat cleaning, filthy cup holders. The 3 back windows were not cleaned on the inside- hand prints still everywhere. In fact every window of mine was left either dirty or with streak marks. My two side mirror were left dirty. Every screen or clear dashboard also had streak makes. No vacuuming under any seats or in between them. My floor mats were sopping wet and when I went to take them out, they poured out dirty water from the corners....read full review

In the end I was left with my 3rd row completely untouched, not vacuumed, no seat cleaning, filthy cup holders. The 3 back windows were not cleaned on the inside- hand prints still everywhere. I'm glad I took them out, otherwise I would have had a major mold issue. The most disappointing part was then I sent pictures and voiced my concerns via text to Kareem, he gave me excuses about it all and didn't try and make it right."He didn't realize there was a third row, he thought we just used it for trunk space" When my husband called him to talk about it, he wouldn't work with us, with the exception of taking $35 off. My husband asked him to come back and do the job right and he'd be happy to pay the full amount. Kareem said he would come back out with a $35 gas charge- a mobile fee of $35 (he never told us about ever) He also told us we can go to a car wash and use a free vacuum. When we mentioned the sopping wet floor mats, he said if we turned the AC on full blast it would dry them. He stood firm on only discounting us $35. So now, after paying $215 for his car washing and detailing services I have to go finish the job myself and spend more money on supplies to do it. Very unsatisfied with Wright Wash Mobile. Really bummed because he came highly recommended by people I trust. Even after we told him honestly about our concerns and gave him the chance to make it right, he didn't.

Kareem took our van and literally made it look new. Super professional, worked with my schedule, and seriously does the best work. The van is the freshest/cleanest it’s ever been. If you’re looking to get your car detailed, Wright Wash Mobile is the way to go.Services: Steam cleaning
