I had a very positive experience with Visiting Angels Nashville. In the period when we were moving toward transferring my parent from home to assisted living, Visiting Angels provided a much needed service. Our Visiting Angel was punctual, respectful, patient, good-humored and honest. My parent would frequently not have the presence of mind to give instructions, so our helper found ways to be helpful; just as importantly, our Angel just listened. A great service for any elder who is trying to stay at home but needs contact with the outside world!
Visiting Angels was such a great help to our family. We hired them to come assist my mom who was needing a little bit more help with daily activities and self-care at her senior living facility in Franklin. After speaking with Nicole, the director, at length, she had thoughtfully selected a person to help my mom that was trained in dementia.
