Within 24 hours of signing a contract with Urbanex, we had a service appointment. They did an excellent job. We had an exterior and interior service regarding the types of bugs we mentioned to them. They were completely taken care of, especially the gnats. We also had a lot of dead pests on both of our patios and really do every day. I called one time for them to come back and double check the rodent traps. They came out and checked the rodent traps and they were empty, but they replaced them anyway because of all the construction dust and debris. Jacob from Urbanex did great work for us. He gave us a ‘heads up’ to know when to expect him, did a thorough inspection and was clearly very knowledgeable about termite control, installed new bait stations where needed that fit perfectly with our landscaping, and was just a generally nice guy.
