Sunday, 3/1/2024 my friend Faye and I stopped in at Trust Jewelry & Repair, 4811 Nolensville Rd., Nashville, TN 37211 615-731-8032 to repair a watch she had been meaning to have looked at for months. It was our first time in this shop and they simply could not have been sweeter. The repair was done speedily and professionally. The prices reasonable and fair. The staff and the other customers were all happy and relaxed. This is a company I and my friend are happy to support. They are AWESOME!
Sadly, in this day and age, there aren't many who will go out of their way to help, nor have the expertise in their field..... I am so, so glad I came across Trust Jewelry & repair!! Not only do they have some stunning pieces, but their repair department exceeded my expectations. Thoroughly professional service with a smile, in fact everyone there was very friendly and I got my watch adjusted in no time flat, while I waited!!!! Excellent service......
Service was great! I went in to get links removed from a watch, the lady started as soon as I walked in the door and made sure I was satisfied with the fit before leaving. Didn't check out any in store jewelry but I highly recommend them for simple jewelry fixes. The little dog was cute and unbothered also lol
