Great job by Justin; he called ahead to inform me he’d be a little late. He rung the bell upon arrival and had surveyed my property before he arrived at my door. He shared with me the reason for my brown spots and how to rectify my problem and he let me know which services he would be performing. Upon completion, he let me know what he had done. Mannerable young man!
I sometimes worry when hiring such a big company that I will get rushed partial treatments. Alex with Trugreen put my fears to rest today. He was very thorough and careful as he knows we have two dogs. He made sure we knew how long to keep the dogs in the house and he clearly did a thorough job on our lawn.
