The customer service lady is horrible. She hung up on me and didn't want to answer my question or address my concerns. She told me she would but when I ask the driver about it he said she didn't tell me anything. The driver was great. But if I'm paying my good hard earned money to you I want good service.
While it is ALWAYS tough waiting on a tow service and the truck rarely arrives during the expected timeframe - HATS OFF to DAVID with Tommy's Wrecker Service. He was so kind, so patient, just plain compassionate. He apologized for the wait. He never rushed in explaining what was going on with my car, etc. I was a frazzled mess! Thanks David.
