Greg came out to look at our cat urine odor problem. We are trying to sell our house and the smell was chasing buyers away. The source was a small area in the floor of our walk in closet where the litter box used to sit.
Greg said that the job was too small for their minimum charge and gave me some amazing advice and step-by-step instructions on how to handle it ourselves. He was incredibly kind and we will definitely not hesitate to use Tier Restoration for any jobs we need done in the future.

Tier Restoration is comprised of a wonderful group of people. After finding water damage from a burst pipe during the ice storm we gave them a call and they were out the next day to begin the mitigation process. Our carpet was saved due to their quick, effective response and dry wall and flooring were removed to prevent the problems of mold and flooring. We are very grateful to Greg, Lynn, Stephen and Omar for their kindness in helping us and their expertise in preventing further damage to our home.
