Telani of The Cooperative Canine has aligned herself closely with science-based, science-proven fear-free training strategies in such a way as to make herself a dog training professional and expert! Not only is she a dog training expert, she is also a very good rescue dog advocate. Since moving to Oregon we have already become fast friends and allies! She and her husband are wonderful people who are patient and kind and professional, and will help you train your dog and understand how to work with them using nothing but consistency, routine, treats and lots of respect for both you AND your dog. She really understands the hows and the whys of dog behavior and will help you learn it as well through fun, short training demonstrations of learning for both the HUMAN(S) AND the dog! She is personable, friendly and professional and you will not regret having hired her to help you with your dog! You will find that learning more about your dog is so much fun for everyone through her wonderful teaching methodologies! I recommend her without reservation. I loved our experience with The Cooperative Canine! Telani was so warm and friendly, and she was amazing with my pup Hazel, who typically has some trouble with new people. I feel so much more confident about trusting Hazel with other people when I'm out of town and with having company over now. 10/10 would recommend!!
I could not be happier with all of my interactions with The Cooperative Canine! Between KinderCanine classes with Lauren and puppy playtimes and boarding my sweet 4 month old Bichon/Shih Tzu; I have always felt that his safety, growth and happiness were top priority. I’m so excited to continue to work with this resource as he grows.
