Absolutely pathetic service from the local branch in Nashville. I needed a dusting done for Brown Recluses done on the 26th and when the tech came out, they said that they had no idea they were supposed to dust. I sent the manager "Steve" texts he left on read. He did, however, answer the tech's call. During that time, I called customer service b/c I had to take off of work to even HAVE the appointment. So, I am losing money and resources for a service that I did not receive. I rescheduled a dusting for the 31st and the tech got off the phone with the manager. She let me know that he simply just did not want to dust, mainly because he had to do a dusting... read full review

I got a quote for wasp extermination. The guy left his ladder in my house. I had to make time to give it back to him the next day. Terminix requires that you pay at that time of the quote, before the actual service is even scheduled. They then scheduled the service for me, without even asking if that date works with my schedule. They schedulednit for Friday. The tech that they sent was out of the materials to do the treatment. The spray can was empty. I called customer service and they rescheduled someone to come back on Saturday, and they did not show up. I took two half days off from work, which were completely wasted. They’re not open 24 hours. They are closed on Sundays. When i mentioned their site says 24 hours the answering service hung up on me. Rude and mis-representing hours.
