Fantastic location with a welcoming staff! I absolutely love getting my red light and spray tans here. I would love to see an expansion of spa services at this location. During my visit to the Louisville location, I experienced services like Cryotherapy, Rejuve, and the Massage Chair, and it was simply amazing! I hope more spa services are added here soon!
Awesome customer service on a Friday evening! Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name which was so lame of me since there were 2 employees today. 😕 But she was SO sweet, and had excellent customer service! I told her I needed a spray tan to help with my legit farmers tan before heading to the beach tomorrow, and she took her time and educated me on all the possible options and colors and tints. I usually use a different location but I loved her and I love this place!
Nice clean store in Green Hills. I only saw one employee, Avery. She was very helpful and efficient. A dozen people came in at the same time and she still alone managed to get everyone checked in quickly AND clean beds. She remained friendly and welcoming. Kudos to Avery!
