I was blown away by my experience at this location and normally hate shopping in person at busy places. Josh was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and sweet. He helped me find the perfect eye cream and sugar scrub. He was very put together and well spoken, and I trusted him immediately to help me. He is the kind of person who should be leading others to learn exemplary customer service! GIVE HIM A RAISE!! I will absolutely be back soon. Also the store is a good size, very clean and tucked away in a charming nook of Fifth and Broad.

I visited Nashville in June 2026, and had run out of my usual hair products. Thankfully this Sephora is conveniently located downtown, and was just around the corner from my hotel. The staff were lovely- they not only helped me find a product, but went into the mechanics of how it works and the effects it should have on my hair, which I greatly appreciated. They're such a busy Sephora so I would have understood if they didn't go into all of that- but they took the time to really help me. I'd definitely go back to this Sephora the next time I'm in Nashville.
