Really cool experience! Connie and Adam's reflexology work on my wife and I was great for our time in the salt cave. The cave was beautiful and comfortable, and the zero gravity chairs and ambient music were calming. Highly recommend.

I love Salt and Sole so much! It’s an oasis! The salt room is like no other and Connie and her staff are amazing. When my best friend Chanda knows she is coming to town we book this place in well in advance! The salt is so good for you!
