Fabulous staff. Absolutely wonderful chair massage during pedicure. I had Katelyn for Pedicure and Manicure and Salyssa as our Experience Assistant. Everything was as described on website but better. Extremely attentive staff who went out of their way to make your entire time there special. Monday we return for our massages. The relaxation room is just that. People slept, talked quietly, healthy teas and snacks, with special water. A very relaxing day at the Spa! Just what my daughter and I came for.
I booked a holistic massage at Rose with Melissa as a way to treat myself and relax. I enjoyed the steam room, relaxation room, hot tea and refreshments before my service. Melissa gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Little did I know, she would be able to help relieve some hip pain I had been experiencing and teach me how to learn how to relieve it myself at home. I left refreshed and educated. Truly a holistic experience.
I have never visited this spa before, so before I scheduled an appointment I wanted to call and ask them some questions. The woman who answered my call was so kind. She politely referred me to their Director of Spa, Lauren, who was so wonderful to me. I asked tons of questions about their services, spa set up, etc. and Lauren was incredibly sweet, patient, and accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure I would have an incredible experience, and she did exactly that. Thank you so much, Lauren, for making sure my visit to this beautiful space was nothing short of a wonderful experience for me!
