Excellent service, friendly and courteous staff. I've been here and witnessed first hand women who are at best demanding and hard to please, at worst, downright rude. The staff always handle such clients with courtesy and a smile. If you walk in without an appointment, expect to wait a while. That is true for any salon or spa. How busy they are is a testament to the level of service you will recieve. I no longer go anywhere else to have my nails done. Polished is the best in Sumner County, and I've been to them all.
