When I first started working with these guys, they actually had a pretty good payment system. It was simple you completed the yard and you were paid out two days later now they have it to where you are paid out the following two weeks later and I have not received my payment On the day that they promised about four times now. I do not recommend working with this company. The only way to talk to someone is through text message and there is no manager on site at any point. Every time you call them, you have to tell them exactly what payment you were talking about as if they cannot look at Your profile and figure out what money they owe you. It is a complete scam

Today was the last straw. I will never use this company again. Hired them in past years and went ok as far as I know, since I'm a landlord not living at the properties relying on app photos and tenant's word. This year, however, I hired them to mow one of my vacant properties every 2 weeks. They mowed once a month at best. Job was constantly canceled and rebooked and lawn was shabby for much of the year. Neighbors complained about poor mowing standard. I didn't have time to source a new mower for the year, so kept them until late Aug.I then hired them for a one off mow at a different residence where I was present and in attendance. They were completely unreliable. I reserved custom service weeks in advance. They never called in advance to discuss the job, never went out to look at the job. The day they were suppose to do the job, they came out looked at the job, left without saying that they were leaving and declined the job. It took 5 days to get the money released for the job that the did not complete. The customer service was equally horrible. Do not use this company unless you want to gamble as to whether the job will be completed.
