I have honestly never had a better massage. I get massages regularly in Switzerland, but wow – this one was incredibly relaxing and felt better than any massage I've ever had. Every knot in my back was worked out, and they really focused on the trigger points that needed attention. It couldn't have been more enjoyable. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

If you’re worn out from shopping at Opry Mills, do yourself a favor and stop by O Chi. I chose the 60-min body and 60-min foot combo. Since I was in a rush to catch a flight, they had two therapists work on me at the same time—finishing everything in an hour! They are incredibly professional and knew exactly how to work out the knots in my muscles. So happy with the service and I’ll definitely be back next year!

I got the 30 min full massage and 30 minute reflexology. Looking at the reviews there’s 2 things to point out here -

1) This is a pressure point based therapy - so if you’re not used to this it is absolutely different than typical massage therapy.

2) (they asked me) but it’s also your job as a client to communicate if the pressure it too much or not enough

The timing was good
And pressure was perfect and a good mix of both pressure point and Swedish?
They were respectful and I felt comfortable
