I have been in my new home for over a year. They serviced repairs needed after my house settled. Great job! The carpenter was quick and efficient! The management department followed up to see if I was satisfied and needed additional work!! I plan to use them in the future!

My wife and I are new home owners. We bought our condo in June 2026 and we are the 2nd owners. It was actually built in 2019. Metro Carpet went above and beyond trying to help us when they probably really didn't have to. Elizabeth and Gary were great to work with and really actually acted like they cared about me, which is very rare these days.
