I started seeing Melanie in 2019 and at the time I was 9 months PP and had excruciating pain in my lower back. I have degenerative disc disease in my L4L5 from years of competitive gymnastics and pregnancy with an emergency c-section made it 10x worse. I couldn’t lift my son without shooting pains radiating down my back to my legs, couldn’t get up from sitting down position and barely walk for more then 10 minutes without my back giving out. long term mobility and pain issues have disappeared both immediately and progressively. i will never go to a regular/traditional massage therapist again. the functional knowledge melanie has as a body worker is PROFOUND
