I am very pleased with Massage Envy Green Hills. The staff are friendly and competent and the facility is always very clean and smells good. My massage therapist, Emi, is absolutely the BEST—she is very responsive to my requests and very calm. She follows my lead about whether I feel like talking or not and she pushes really hard so I don’t feel tickled (I love massages, but am also very ticklish). I could not be happier than I am with all of my experiences there!
Each year for Christmas our son buys my wife a years worth of visits at Massage Envy of Green Hills. He prepays for the visits at one time in a lump sum. This year, even though my wife was was told that she had visits left on her account, she was also told that the account was “only paid through October and that their system showed our son had come in February and had done something to her account”. Daniel provided the perfect massage and follow up treatment as I have been dealing with back pain from knee surgery a few years ago. Will definitely book with him again! YanPing is also amazing.
