Nicole was so helpful. I’m helpless at choosing and matching colors or patterns. I couldn’t have done it without Nicole! The business has an enormous selection of products, colors and designs, from which Nicole chose a beautiful collection for me.
Beautiful showroom, fantastic service! An appointment is preferred, but I was able to stop in while running some errands and find the tile I was looking for. Fast turnaround to get it shipped to the store for pickup. I didn’t realize they have a service team in the back with a bunch of professional tile tools as well. Would highly recommend whether you’re a homeowner or contractor!
I'm an installer and I've used Louisville Tile for most of my jobs in 2020. I've rarely ever have a problem with my orders and they're often very big. Great customer service and I think they all new my name by the third visit.
