Don’t expect much. No communication whatsoever on all levels. You call the company directly and have to leave a message and never get a callback. You request something simple through the account manager but the crews never receive the message although the account manager responds with “i will tell them”. I always have to run out and tell them myself if i am home to catch them. They have killed my grass with their weed killer and my beds are 10” deeper into the yard now bc of it. Soon i won’t have much grass left. The weedkiller isnt just sprayed along the bed lines and walk ways, its sprayed on close to 1’ of turf and leaves dead yellow...read full review

Hired a company called Artisan to do a lot of work with our home/yard renovation. Our project manager was Alex—who was terrific. Shortly after install, Alex had parted ways—seems like Landscape Workshop bought their company. They look like a large private equity firm that buys and ravages a bunch of local landscape businesses.

Anyway—turns out the irrigation install has some problems. I can’t get them to pick up the phone, respond to emails or texts, or return any calls even though we are still under warranty. Avoid at all costs now…

Driver drove by me walking on the sidewalk and honked and made grotesque hand gestures. Not a company I would ever use based off of this alone. Certainly would not feel safe having this man at my home to do yard work.
