I find this review hard to write because I want to keep Joker Diesel a secret like your favorite Dive Bar. 😂 If he gets too busy, I won't be able to use him anymore. Hahaha. No but all jokes aside, Matt and Amy are really good people that are easy to talk to. They go above and beyond what other mechanics do. He got my truck right in and fixed quickly for a fair price. He personally went over everything with me. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days and this is one. I can't sing his praises loud enough.🙏
Matt was great, he had an already a couple projects and still was willing to take me my truck in. He gave real experienced recommendations to help with maintaining my truck as well as going above and beyond the reasons why I brought the truck he fixed some loose cable's and plastic panels to make it cleaner and nicer. If you want reliable, honest and straightforward this is the place to come! 10/10 recommend will not be going anywhere else
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Matt was able to find a major oil leak on my frieghtliner tow truck and brought it back to pristine condition. We had many questions and Ms.Amy answered all of them, she is a great service advisor that knows ALOT about components and mechanical work.
From now on all our trucks will be serviced here. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a skilled/proficient mechanic.
