I had an issue with my scheduled delivery today. They did not come. After emailing the right people, I received a call from a manager who was extremely willing to make this right and get the delivery to my home this week. I appreciate the willingness to provide good customer service.

I purchased a mew Maytag washing machine from Maytag & JB Hunt ended up being their 3rd party delivery, install & haul away company. I have to say I was EXTREMELY nervous about the professionalism, quality & reliability of the company making the delivery after reading the reviews for my area. I was concerned that my $1k + washing machine may come damaged or be damaged during the install, or that the install would go horribly wrong. (I even had a nightmare about it lol)Once Bob & Alex finally arrived they were AMAZING. I called about one of the drivers that was very rude and road rage attitude. He came by me at night passing me flips me off and started swerving over toward my truck. So I had to hit my brakes to keep from being hit. Then he gets in front of me stops in front of me then takes off. Not a safe driver.
