High quality and well built cabinets, terrible customer service and communication. They've done two sets of cabinets for me. The first project went very well so I elected to work with them again. It's been a few years and the people who worked on my first job were gone. Unfortunately the new group was nowhere near the standard I expected for the prices they charge.Poor communication, forgetting about key elements of my project, and trying to upcharge me for providing no additional value are a sampling of the problems I had. I basically felt like my job was unimportant to them and an inconvenience. Again, the work itself is of high quality, but unless they fix their serious customer service problems, I can't recommend working with Hartert-Russell. I will not hire them again in the future.

We drove all the way over to Nashville from Memphis to meet with Erin Hurst about a Galley sink for our kitchen remodel. She was excellent AND honest about what we needed with the sink and her demonstration of what it could do to enhance our kitchen remodel was really good, we were sold! We highly recommend working with Erin for your kitchen remodel and can’t wait for our Galley sink to arrive in Memphis!Service: Remodelling

Ian and his team are real craftsmen. Not only was the work beautiful and well built, but they jumped in to help figure out how to make a complex design happen. Hartert-Russell will be the first casework shop I call on my next project.
