As a 30 (CSM Alfred) years military veteran...I witness true professionalism at it best. The maintenance guys came today to service my home AC unit. The entire time he was here he displayed true concern and knowledge to leave me with a satisfying results. This person was so senior in his abilities to troubleshoot the system. A leak was discovered and he again ... was very Senior in his approach to fixing the problem. He represented this company in a outstanding way....leaving one to conclude this company hires only the best. He ended this maintenance procedure by explaining everything he had done....I was elated. This review is to advise that the service the technician, Pontrel Ellison (Junior), rendered today was excellent! He was definitely knowledgeable about what was needed to complete the checkup on our HVAC system and his actions while in our home were superb! I had a blower motor go out on Friday, Saturday morning I called and was scheduled for service the same day. The motor was ordered and today (Friday) Keyon arrived and was amazing, professional and polite. He made sure everything was working before he left. Thank you sir.
