I have been going to Great Clips for a while. Others have described it well when they said it was hit or miss. More often than not, my experience isn’t 5-star. However, I chose to go to a different location and had a great experience! For starters, they opened the doors exactly on time, something that never happened the few times I went early to the other location.
Nicole was my stylist. She introduced herself up front and checked me in immediately, neither of which typically happened at the other location, even if I was there when doors opened. I usually had no idea the person’s name.

They have been pretty booked up every time I tried to get a haircut lately. They recommended I come as soon as they open. The lady who cut my hair was pleasant and very quick. It was quite an enjoyable experience
