I've come here maybe 3 or 4 times. Generally there's always new people there when I come in. I've never had a bad experience but nothing above average either. Yesterday though was a pleasant surprise. Want to give a shout out to the two ladies there Yesterday evening. The lady who cut my hair said her name was Flower. I never got the other ladies name. But they both had very pleasant and friendly demeanors amongst themselves and with the customers they interacted with (myself included). Most people I run into at GC are average with service. So the rare occasion I see exceptional customer service I want to note it.

Go to Great clips all the time in my hometown. Decided to get my haircut while I was in Nashville. Needless to say this was not my favorite Great clips. They were not busy but acted like they had better things to do than to clip hair.
