I was very trepidatious, I am a complete “self-identified” SNOB regarding certain things and my hair is definitely one of those things. I specifically asked for Emmy on my first visit after seeing other reviews rave about her. She was very understanding of how nervous I was about getting my hair cut. I only wanted a simple trim and made it clear that I did not want to lose much length. She was incredibly accommodating, consistently checking that I was happy with how much she was cutting. EMMY IS THE BEST!! I have been to many salons for a decent hair cut and finally found Emmy at Great Clips. I will never be going to anyone else. She knew what I wanted and she gave me some suggestions. I was so pleased and happy with the cut and style. She is just amazing.
