After looking all over Nashville for over a year, I found my best option in a semi-custom build from Frank Batson Homes. The floor plan ( I chose the two story Viila) is absolutely perfect and spacious without being too large for easy maintenance. The numerous optional upgrades offered affords the buyer a more custom feel without the custom cost of adding to an existing home. The warranties and HOA are excellent, which make for a worry free , carefree lifestyle.It’s been a pleasure working with this highly professional builder’s team.
