I have fibromyalgia and I really don't sleep well due to pain. The experience of floating and not having any pressure on my body was so relaxing that I fell asleep. I can honestly say that hour felt like a full nights sleep. I forgot what it was like to feel rested but my float session reminded me. Not only that but I had less pain for several days after. I will be back as often as I can!

Float Horizon is my go to infrared sauna spot in Nashville. When you first come it may be a little tricky to find, but once you do you'll never forget. I never have issue finding street or lot parking. I love the ease and flexibility to scheduling online and with packages it feels reasonable/affordable to make it a routine practice for self-care. I tend to come in the evening and try to get their latest spot as I like to go home and unwind with a hot shower then rest early after these visits. The staff is always super chill and kind, they are available for any questions or support you may need.

I went here on a Groupon and was able to get a full body massage and float package. Very relaxing and masseuse was very attentive to areas needing more focus. Parking was relatively easy to find in the neighborhood. Great service overall and would return!
