In town for a few days and found Flash City. I just wanted to get a couple words done and they got me in right then. I gave them my design idea, got it drawn up, and was tattooed in no time. Clean work and shop. Would definitely recommend.

My first professional tattoo, tores did so amazing on my tattoo!!! LOVE the vibes of this place and he went above and beyond to make my experience as great as possible. Definitely going back for ALL my tattoo needs. Also, best prices in Nashville for the best quality in Nashville!

UPDATED. The shop is now moved from the Elliston location to a brand new building in the Buchanan Arts District right across the street from Slim & Huskys. The shop has a really nice industrial chic vibe inside, super bright and clean. And of course, there's still all those awesome framed flash tattoo sheets to look at around the walls. This new spot is so neatly laid out, with a front desk and seating area, the four guys each having their own space; yet the shop still feels open and organized. Extra bonus points that there is a great parking lot behind the building. If you want super quality work and serious artistry skills from someone that's been in the business for 20 years who doesn't overbook himself and will get you an appointment set up quickly, James is still my recommendation. He's gonna work with you to give you what you want while also being knowledgeable enough about the industry to give you advice on how to ensure you're getting a tattoo that will look perfect for a lifetime.
