Tyler at Felix Homes was an absolute joy to work with! This was not our first time buying a home, but this was an excellent realtor experience. He will go above and beyond the norm, and we will gladly refer him to all of our friends and family! We would chose to work with him again without a doubt.

My husband and I worked with Tyler this summer on the purchase of our new home and the sell of our previous home. He was great! Tyler was always quick to respond when we had questions or concerns; he has even continued to help us as we begin some remodeling on our new home. Not only is Tyler an excellent realtor, he saved us $14,950 in commissions compared to a traditional 6% commission! We definitely recommend Tyler for all of your buying and selling needs!
