It's been a week since I got my laptop back from Omid's, and it looks like there's no more concerns with it. He clearly explained what was wrong and how I can avoid it in the future. Also, if it can be helped, do try and pay with cash so he can avoid getting charged by credit card fees.
Let me tell you about this guy! I brought him my laptop for a charging problem. Not only did he fix it quickly but for an incredibly reasonable price. Nicest guy you will ever meet, personable and professional. Don’t use anyone else!
Cannot recommend this place enough. The owner is honest, hard working, and clear cut. He explains the situations well, gives all the possible options, and ultimately lets you, the customer, move forward with whatever you decide. He meets his deadlines while also keeping you updated on progress and issues that may arise. I mean it when I say this is where I recommend everyone and anyone to bring your computer to be repaired. THE GOAT FR!!!!!
