We needed to replace our almost 30 year old deck. On the advice of a person in our neighborhood we requested a quote from Deck Masters of Tennessee. Dan, the owner, came out and discussed our options with us. He answered all our questions and we went with a screened porch and concrete patio. To be honest, the project took longer than we expected, but it was in the middle of the pandemic. The permit process took longer than expected, wood was in short supply, and sub contractors were hard to get. None of this was Deck Masters fault. Their crews were hard working and conscientious. Martin, the crew leader was exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable about construction and pays close attention to detail; if something wasn't done to his satisfaction it was corrected. Even though progress was slow at times we were kept advised. We also know that during this period prices were rising but Dan did not expect us to pay more than the original quote. We have already been enjoying our screen room and are looking forward to many more years of enjoyment. Thank you Deck Masters of Tennessee!
We are beyond happy with the Support and Service from Deck Masters of TN. The sign of a good company is one that follows through and stands behind the work they do. No Deck Company can warranty the wood as wood will age and deteriorate over time. We unfortunately got a bad batch of wood and our deck was cracking even before the installation was complete. Dan went back to the wood supplier, Walker Lumber & Supply, and negotiated on our behalf and Walker Lumber together with Deck Masters agreed to replace our wood. Dan personally picked out the replacement wood and our Deck looks amazing. He also has an amazing Crew. Martin the crew lead did an outstanding job with the Installation and arrangement of the wood. Thanks to Deck Masters of TN we have a beautiful deck!
