Dalton replaced the carpet in my master bedroom. The customer service was great from start to finish. Everybody was so patient and nice from the warehouse, the retail store, to the guys who installed our carpet. I especially enjoyed meeting Johnnie. She came to our home to measure and sat watched TV with me while we discussed various carpet options. The new carpet is plush and very high quality. Their pricing beat all the competitors!! We will definitely contact Dalton again for our future flooring needs!!

I would definitely choose Dalton carpet doing my LVP on Charlotte pk. The wife Johnnie was one of the most patient and helpful person I've ever met. I kept going back and forth between carpet and planks. They were very helpful. Great honest and good people. I'm very Satisfied with my floors. Thanks, Micki

Johnnie was very helpful in choosing what carpet style was best for us. She even went out of her way to find us a more affordable option. We had the carpet installed 2 days later. The crew they sent out did a great job. Happy with our new carpet!
