Super easy and friendly service...AND affordable. I had them make progressive sunglasses and reading glasses. Turnaround time was 1 week. The cost was half the price I was paying for 1 pair of progressives at other places.
What a great optometrist, I’ve never had one actually take their time and see to it that my contacts fit exactly as they should, it took him around thirty minutes to get everything right but what a difference it has made. I will use him regularly from here on out
Would totally have given the store 5 stars because of Chris who was incredibly patient and kind for helping me with my prescription glasses order. However, Tonya who was also a store associate there not only didn’t do anything to help me but made me extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome with her rude comments literally behind my back as I was trying out different glasses frames. I’m not sure why associates like Tonya would even be hired to work at Costco that supposedly value their customer satisfaction. So lucky I didn’t have to work with such a rude associate!! Go to Chris if you want real service
