Too bad Zero is not an option!! I rarely make complaints about healthcare entities as I know first hand how many moving parts are involved. However, in this instance Continuum Rx has shown a complete lack of integrity, compassion, and competency. Communication with this company was seamless right up until they recieved my checking account information. Once their money was secured it all went down hilll!! I was trained on how to set up IV pump and all of the care requirements at 12:30pm at the hospital awaiting discharge. The man said he had the medication and the pumps with him but I there was a dosage change and it would need to be remixed, delivery would only take about...read full review

Incompetent and irresponsible. Don't use if you care about your health or your loved ones. Lied to my wife's doctors. Lied to us about services. Forced my sick wife to go to brentwood every week to get labs done claiming that there is no healthcare services that will collect labs at home from sick patients. Left supplies outside in the heat without telling anyone or ringing the doorbell. Can't follow basic sanitary requirements for dressing changes. Don't put your family at risk.
