Michael took great care of our boy and family during the hardest days of our lives. He was available for any questions we had and made sure every detail was handled. We met with him before our son passed while he was on hospice. He explained all the ins and outs of funeral planning. He helped set true expectations surrounding timing of everything that would need to take place after our son passed. His attention to detail, especially with our son’s funeral programs really touched us.
