Clean-Sweep Solutions

My company, Restore & Revive Services, was subcontracted by Clean Sweep Solutions, led by Mr. Lerue Rumph, to perform floor cleaning services at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. The agreed payments for our completed work were: Lewis Home: $24,674.52 Morgan House: $25,864.98 Despite completing all work as contracted, we have been waiting for over 7 months without receiving any payment. Multiple attempts to follow up have shown no intention of payment, as evidenced by text messages from Mr. Rumph. We were left with no choice but to hire an attorney and place a lien on the Vanderbilt property, listing Clean Sweep Solutions as the responsible party. It was later confirmed that Vanderbilt University had already paid Clean Sweep Solutions for the work, yet they still refused to pay us. After conducting further research, we discovered that this is not an isolated incident. Numerous other businesses across the country have reported similar experiences with Clean Sweep Solutions, including a case in New York involving a loan not paid .This suggests a troubling pattern of unethical behavior. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone against working with Clean Sweep Solutions or Mr. Lerue Rumph. Their practices have caused significant financial and legal distress to multiple businesses.
