Update: I am updating this review. After my initial, very poor, months-long experience, I was able to connect with Amy Smith at Central Woodwork. I am unsure what her exact role is, but she immediately took ownership of my situation and worked towards resolution. Her communication was fantastic and she addressed all of my issues- which I might add is difficult to do when she was not responsible for the previous poor experience. She scheduled and got my install completed. During the install process, there was one window that was incorrect, but this was addressed immediately and was efficiently reordered and installed. Very easy to work with, responded to our request quickly and referred us to an awesome contractor to install a door replacement and remove the old one. Ask to work with Jamie from the Door Guys!

Pros: This company has the most readily available products for trim and doors in Nashville.Cons: Terrible sales department. If you call, don't bother leaving a voicemail. I have never had a return call in the past 5 years I've been a Contractor. If they put you on hold, you're gonna be on hold for a very long time.Products used to be above average quality. Lately, the quality has seemed rushed. Last ordered was a pre hung interior door and the jamb was too small for the door. I had to hammer it out ¼" to make it work and just fill the gap with caulk.I wish they'd get it together. I want to give this company more stars.
