Today I went to request some money that I needed and from the moment I entered and began to communicate with the lady, she discriminated against me because my English was not very fluent. The lady was very upset and threw my documents at me and in the end I could not solve a problem because of the racist lady. They should not put people like her to interact with clients since she lacks professionalism and she has to know that she must interact with all types of people regardless of where you come from since I am Hispanic. I do not recommend it since in that place I felt discriminated against by the bad attitude of the lady, very bad.

Stopped at this particular store because it was where I was running errands. I was treated like I had broken some sort of law for not going closer to home. I did not get her name but the red head should not be allowed to speak to people.We are obviously not here because we are having a super terrific day……nothing like accusatory tones and condescension to make it all better….Just a horrible human being!!!!!

The older lady Donna was so rude and inconsiderate gave out FALSE information on the phone and in person gave the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced . The worst place to receive a loan from I would NEVER recommend . Wish I could give them 0 stars
