Messed up my eyebrows completely avoid at all cost
DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE ! me and my friends stopped by while on a trip to nashville to get a touch up for our brows. i got my brows waxed and she EIPPED OUT APART OF MY LASHES ! never have i had this happen . i also have a burn on my other eyebrow. all she said was sorry. no discount or no charge . i am disputing the charge as we speak. THEY ARE TERRIBLE !

I usually tip 20% whenever I get my eyebrows done, but this was my first time here and it was a very disappointing experience. My eyebrows ended up looking too thin, and there was no trimming done at all. I wasn’t too satisfied, but at that point there wasn’t much I could do since it was already done. The service cost $14, and since I wasn’t happy with the results, I paid $15 and left a $1 tip.
The most uncomfortable part was that the employee kept demanding a larger tip. I even told her I would check if I had more cash just to get her to stop asking, but she continued to push for a $5...read full review
