I got my brows done today by Magda who was fantabulous. She did a great job and was very gentle and thorough. She kept the fullness of my brows as requested and the price was very affordable. I had no wait and was in and out within 15 mins from check-in to payment.

I always love the work I get done here (including this visit), but there was a sign up saying they would return in 15 minutes from lunch. This was completely fine, but no one came up front for well over 20 minutes despite them already being in the back when we got there, indicating that they were already in the middle of their break. There were 4 customers waiting and 2 or 3 employees, and it seemed unprofessional that not one person attempted to come up once their 15 minute break was up despite having a store full of customers. The doors were open, but i walked in at 529, and she said they were closed? She said she closes at 6 but she has to clean? very bad service lady. i dont think this was the lady the does my brows anyway. If your closed at least close the doors.i wont be back. Its hit or miss.
