Bodyrok is AMAZING! Not only are the workouts challenging but the instructors are extremely helpful if you are just now starting your Pilates routine. The music is always great and the studio is always clean. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Absolutely love this location! The staff is so friendly, and the vibe is so cool and supportive. I also appreciated the fact that the membership terms were clearly explained to me, and I understood how it worked. Some other fitness studios have not been as transparent! Having a membership has made my BodyRok experience so much more affordable. Love BodyRok Gulch!!!

The best Pilates studio in Nashville hands down! Alison is by far my favorite instructor - she is encouraging, has amazing playlists, and is diligent in ensuring form is correct to maximize effectiveness of every move. She and the other instructors are what keep me coming back to Bodyrok day after day!
