Dr Heeren and team provided excellent care by responding quickly to my need for a root canal, using the most painless procedure along the way and most importantly, they regularly checked in with me during the procedure. Customer service is so important these days and they exemplified that priority along with providing excellent care and skill.
I was seen by Dr. Heeren last Wednesday for a root canal after I had an unpleasant experience with a previous endodontist. He was kind, understanding, and excellent at explaining what he was planning to do. His staff was also excellent. His assistant stayed with me the entire time and made sure I was comfortable. I was in so much pain from my tooth for months but now my tooth feels so much better and I am no longer in pain!!
New patient. Got referred here & it is a wonderful place! Everyone is lovely from the reception desk, to the assistants, to the dentist himself. They took care of me & treated me well, & they are all wonderful to have conversations with. They saved my disintegrating molar that had been needing a root canal for years. They’re honest & work with you well. Would recommend them to anybody & I will be returning for more dental work.
