We can’t say enough wonderful things about Animal House Veterinary Clinic and the incredible care they gave our dog, Toby. From start to finish, the entire team was compassionate, professional, and truly had Toby’s best interest at heart.
A very special thank you goes to Dr. Herd. Not only is she exceptional at what she does, but is an absolutely incredible friend. Having someone we know and trust care for one of our family members meant more than words can express. Her knowledge, skill, and genuine compassion gave us complete confidence throughout Toby’s tumor removal, and we’re so grateful for everything she did.
My biggest concern in taking my dog to the vet is that they treat the light of my life like a number -- just another animal to be processed on the day's schedule. That's how I felt about the last two vets we have seen. Rest assured that the opposite is true at Animal House under the care of Dr. Catrina Herd. I had my 17-lb dog in for anesthesia and a bit of dental work and not only was she well taken care of and her teeth made sparkling again, but Catrina also called me from her personal cell phone after that day to discuss specifics about Juno's history, and reassure me about a specific tooth injury from before I rescued her.
Professional, caring and performed a miracle to save my dog. No one could find the problem, but Dr Herd did. The price was a tenth of the price for the testing we were referred elsewhere for. Thank you ❤🩷
