Contacted All Star to get a quote to replace 5 windows with failed seals at my home. It took a few weeks for them to get out to me, but the techs were great, and the resulting quote was reasonable.Went ahead and ordered the replacement glass from the manufacturer. While waiting for it, I discovered 2 more windows which had failed. Fast forward to finally receiving replacement glass for all 7 windows. I contact All Star again. They come back out to re-quote the job with the additional windows included.The original quote was $350 in labor. The revised quote was $1800 in labor. I love this place. I order all my glass from them because they're affordable, fast, and accurate. A couple times the front desk has seemed a little bristly, but on most occasions they have been nice to deal with. I work as a handyman/carpenter and their high quality and quick turnaround time have made me look good to my customers.I could buy/cut my own glass sheets, but I wouldn't really be saving much time or money. They've even resized things for me before and the guy in the shop took the time to gladly answer my questions about the process. Did I mention I love this place?
