I just inspected a radon mitigation system installed by this company per their installation sticker on the PVC pipe. First problem is the PVC pipe was not glued at all. The pipe fell apart from the 90° elbow during the inspection. Literally no glue nor attempt to seal the system. The hole in the foundation that is meant to collect radon gas did not go below the concrete. This mitigation system was purely cosmetic with no function whatsoever

We used Advanced Air to install a radon mitigation system approximately 15 years ago. I'm not sure why I didn't write a glowing review then, but guessing online reviews were not a thing that long ago. :) Anyway, you will not regret giving Greg, at Advanced Air, a call. He did a fantastic job! The system is very quiet and unobtrusive. We did some remodeling recently and felt like it might be a good idea to retest for radon. We tested, and the system is still going strong. The radon was negligible in our home. It's great peace of mind knowing our family is safe from the effects of radon. I also purchased a home where the system had been installed by Advanced Air. I think that the fan motor was out, and called them. He told me that it would cost me $190 to replace it and would order it for me. , and replace it when it arrived. The day he was supposed to install it, he called and said the motor had not come in yet. And said he would come out and replace it just as soon as it came in. Since then, I have left many, many messages on his voice mail, and he completely ignores them. Sad situation. I called them because they had installed the system, but will probably have to call someone else to come out and check the motor out.
