Can’t speak highly enough about the owner and staff at Absolute Chemical. I just picked up my new trailer build yesterday morning and Rob was right there to show me how everything worked. A short time later, Mr. Taylor arrived and assisted with the final walk through. They listened and answered dozens of my amateur sounding questions with zero hesitation all while dealing with over a dozen of incoming customers. Today, I was experiencing what I thought were issues with my equipment. However, it was quickly learned that it was all operator error 😬. Mr. Taylor called me and said he would meet me on his way home from work to fix whatever issues I was having. He showed up, tested the equipment, and essentially gave me another play by play on how to use it because it was clearly me and not the equipment. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers! If you’re looking for any pressure/soft washing equipment, chemicals, accessories or even maintenance, there’s no where else that can beat the family oriented environment they offer.
