Excellent family practice. Dr Xai, Mary and their team are fantastic. They’re super friendly, very helpful and very empathetic when it comes to listening and helping you to also understand their diagnosis. My elderly parents both come here because they don’t want to deal with the long wait times to get an appointment with a traditional medical care facility like MMC or Ascension and don’t want to go to Urgent Care. They’re super knowledgeable in helping us understand and navigate resources out there for my parents such as getting a permanent disability placard or helping to source medical equipment when insurance didn’t cover it. We’ve never had any billing issues with insurance and Mary personally answers any questions they have. My dad had a stroke a couple of months ago and Dr Xai personally went to visit him in the hospital on his own accord. I’d definitely recommend them and can vouch for their care and practice.
