I was very pleased with the representative who came to my home. I am not as pleased with the customer service from the office. Never called to schedule a time for annual review. No follow up.

We are very pleased with Wayne from the time we received the call from the representative to working with our property manager to set up an appointment to actually complete the service work in the crawlspace and exterior of the home.Wayne is very professional, with good communication and service!

Scott performed our annual termite service. While doing the service he found 3 bait stations that had been covered by mud and dirt.Bravo Zulu for taking the time to service all the stations and not just the ones he could find. After the inspection he offered great feedback by phone . All while I was not home. For those that don’t know Bravo Zulu means Job well done in the US Navy.
